The install guys were very nice but hire your own electrician.
Dave's World installed a Mitsubishi mini-split heat pump system for me (two interior zones fed by one condensing unit). Everything from the sales guys and his assessment to the installation guys (great!) was really pleasant experience. I asked for a remote-access add-on so I could control the systems from mobile devices, so there was a second visit. Communication throughout the process was really good and the installers were top notch. Really a positive experience all around.
After 2 1/2 months I called and asked about the rain guard, the salesman assured me it would be installed soon, another month and a half and still nothing. In the mean time, I was installing a new breaker in main panel, touched the wire going into the heat pump breaker and it popped off !!!! The breaker screw to that wire was never tightened properly, glad I caught that before it caused an arc in my panel !!! Unacceptable !!!
Hired to install 4 zone Mitsubishi heat pump system in new home. Rough in went well and 4 months later head units and compressor were installed to finish the job. The rain guard they brought to cover/protect the compressor was the wrong size, I was told they'd come back and install correct one in the next few weeks. At that time I paid in full.
Dave's world installed a heat pump for me. I paid an extra $500 for a ten year service contract. Ten MONTHS later my heat pump is running poorly. I have called Dave's world several times. Each time someone will "call me back to schedule a service call" NO ONE EVER CALLS BACK. DAVE'S WORLD HAS THE WORST SERVICE AFTER THE SALE I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH. YOU CAN PAY EXTRA AND THEY STILL WON'T STANDBUY THEIR PRODUCTS OR THEIR WORD.
5 stars only because I ran out of stars. excellent service friendly people and superior intellect I don't know why anyone would bother to go elsewhere. daves world is truly practicing awesomeness!!

UPDATE: Contacted Daves World and the rain guard was installed within days of our call. They also sent an electrician to double check all major connections so we could be confident in the integrity of the system. Appreciate the follow up from the company and happy with the outcome.
